Introduction: At Paws & Furs Express Pet, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of your pets during their journey. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure that you feel confident and secure when choosing our services.


  • If you need to cancel your pet’s shipment, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • In the event that your pet cannot be shipped due to health or safety concerns, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.


  • Refunds will be processed if the shipment is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or if the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon standards.
  • If a shipment is delayed for reasons within our control, we will offer a partial refund proportional to the delay.
  • For cancellations made by the customer less than 48 hours before departure, a 50% refund will be provided.

Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your pet is injured during the shipping process, we will cover all necessary veterinary costs.
  • If the injury is severe, we will discuss further compensation on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Shipments:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safe arrival, if your pet is lost in transit, we will initiate an immediate search.
  • If your pet is not found within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide compensation to cover the value of your pet.


  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued for pets denied travel due to health risks or aggressive behavior.


  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval of the request.
